ServiceVideo & TVCs

TVC craft. AI speed. Hindi-first.

Ad films, TVCs, CGI and animation shipped in weeks, not quarters - AI where it saves time, craft where it shows, and every deliverable cut from one graded master. The film starts with a fixed-fee Storyboard Sprint, not a production quote.

the 6s bumper is just the hook and the logo - if the hook can't carry it, the film can't either

Beats are illustrative. Your film's timeline comes out of the sprint.

What we make

Four crafts. One pipeline.

TVC TVCs & Ad Films

Thirty and sixty second films built for broadcast and pre-roll - scripted, directed and graded like television, scheduled like a sprint, cleared for Indian networks when the plan needs TV.

CGI CGI & Product Films

Products rendered the way a camera can't shoot them - exploded views, materials, physics and macro detail, matched to real packshots so the film and the shelf agree.

MGFX Animation & Motion

Explainers, brand systems in motion, kinetic type and character work - the film language for ideas that have no footage, from six-second stings to full campaigns.

AI Avatars & Dubs

Presenter-led films at volume: AI avatars for scale, human-checked dubbing and lip-sync across Hindi, English and regional languages - one shoot, every market.

Deliverables

One master. Every surface.

Every film is recomposed for each placement it will live on - reframed shot by shot, never squeezed to fit.

Plus 15s and 6s cutdowns, captions and thumbnail sets - one brief, one grade, every deliverable in the same drop.

The division of labour

AI saves the weeks. Craft makes the film.

The honest split behind every production - what the machines accelerate, and what stays stubbornly human.

ai accelerates
  • Previz and animatics in days, not weeks
  • Cutdowns and ratio recomposition per platform
  • Dubbing and lip-sync passes across languages
  • Rotoscoping, cleanup and background extension
  • Caption files and thumbnail sets per deliverable
humans decide
  • The idea and the script - what the film says
  • Direction and performances on every shoot
  • The grade - the look nobody can prompt for
  • The final cut, frame by frame
  • Saying no to a weak frame, even on deadline
How we work

Sprint, previz, produce. Then the grade.

Films go over budget in production - ours are approved on paper first, so the expensive weeks hold no surprises.

01

Script & board

week one

The Storyboard Sprint: idea, script, storyboard and AI previz frames for one film, at a fixed fee - you approve the film on paper before any production money is committed.

↑ Approved script + board + previz frames
02

Previz

days, not weeks

The whole film as an animatic: timing, scratch voice, music direction, every shot blocked. Changes cost minutes at this stage - the same changes cost shoot days later.

↑ Timed animatic, signed off before production
03

Produce

1-3 weeks

Shoot, generate or animate - whichever route the film needs. AI runs the variants, cleanup and dubs in parallel; direction and performances stay human on every set.

↑ Edit assembled against the approved animatic
04

Grade & deliver

final week

One graded master, then every deliverable recomposed from it: each ratio reframed shot by shot, cutdowns, captions, thumbnails and broadcast masters where the plan needs TV.

↑ Master + full deliverable set, one drop
The engagement

One film, or a film engine.

Every production starts with the fixed-fee sprint; from there, a single film or an always-on monthly pipeline.

per film

The single production

  • One brief through the full pipeline: sprint, previz, produce, grade
  • Sprint fee credited against the production when you proceed
  • Master plus the complete deliverable set in one drop
  • Typical span: three to five weeks from brief to delivery
engine

The content retainer

  • A monthly film pipeline: always something in previz, edit and delivery
  • Formats planned against your media calendar, not ad hoc
  • Hook and variant sets sized for paid-media testing cadence
  • One production standard across every film that ships
always

In every delivery

  • Full commercial rights on delivery; licences listed in the note
  • Every ratio reframed shot by shot, never centre-cropped
  • Hindi and English as standard; regional languages on request
  • Archive-safe project handover available whenever asked
Week 1

Sprint

Script, storyboard and previz frames approved on paper - the film exists before the spend does.

Weeks 2-4

Produce

Animatic locked, then shoot, generate or animate - AI running variants and cleanup in parallel.

Week 5

Deliver

Graded master and the full deliverable set in one drop - ratios, cutdowns, captions, broadcast masters.

FAQ

Questions we hear first.

Short answers, no fluff. If yours is not here, write to us at team@buzzard.pro and we will respond within one working day.

01

Is the film made entirely by AI?

No. AI is used where it saves weeks - previz, variant cutdowns, dubbing, cleanup, rotoscoping - and humans do what shows on screen: the idea, the script, direction, performances, the grade and the final cut. The division of labour is published right on this page.

02

How fast can a 30-second film ship?

Typically three to five weeks from brief to graded delivery, depending on the production route. The Storyboard Sprint takes the first week; cutdowns, ratios and caption sets ship in the same delivery as the master.

03

What does a film cost?

There is no rate card - a CGI product film and a two-day shoot cost very different money. The fixed-fee Storyboard Sprint scopes the production honestly in week one, and its fee is credited against the film if you proceed.

04

Which languages do you produce in?

Hindi-first, English always, and regional languages on request. AI dubbing and lip-sync passes are checked by human speakers for idiom and tone before anything ships.

05

What exactly do we receive?

One graded master plus every ratio your media plan needs (16:9, 9:16, 1:1, 4:5), cutdowns (15s, 6s), captions and thumbnail sets. Broadcast-spec masters and project files are available on request.

06

Who owns the film and the footage?

You do - full commercial rights transfer on delivery. Any licensed music or stock is listed in the delivery note with its licence terms, so there are no surprises at renewal.

07

Can you clear a film for TV broadcast?

Yes. We deliver broadcast-spec masters and handle the clearance paperwork for Indian networks when a TVC is part of the plan.

08

How do revisions work?

Two structured rounds at the script stage and two at the edit stage, built into every production. Changes after picture lock are scoped separately - which almost never happens when the previz was approved honestly.

Start here

The sprint comes first.

Everything else follows it. One-week Storyboard Sprint - fixed fee, creditable against the production. Script, storyboard and previz frames for your film before any production money is committed - and if the idea isn't strong enough to shoot, we say so before a camera rolls.
